Cushions and Frame: Padded frame and loose seat cushions made with highly durable and soft CertiPUR-US®️-Certified poly foam. Your choice of poly filling or added down for the comfiest seat cushions and pillows. All loose back pillows and seat cushions are flippable (except chaise pieces), and feature removable zippered covers for spot cleaning. Some fabrics are machine washable as noted in the fabric information.

The whole process was super easy. The hardest part was waiting. But it was worth the wait. After the couch arrived, I inspected it and I was impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. We absolutely love it. Everyone that has seen it wants to sit on it. We got the extra wide chaise lounge. Its like a bed in our living room. The fabric is so smooth and soft. The couch is awesome and so comfortable. The Blumen sits lower which makes it nice to lounge. The casablanca fabric is great and feels well put together. I feel like I could stand maybe even jump on the couch arm if I wanted to. sturdy construction. The down feather pillows were nice and packed, didnt get the latex cushions but thier standard foam is great. It was delivered in the timeframe as well! Thanks Medley!

We have spent the last year working on and furnishing our home, often with custom pieces. Every interaction has been frustrating, due to people's general inability to properly communicate. Medley was the lone bright spot in this process, not only sticking to the promised timeline, but offering constant communication about the status of the project. That we are extremely happy with our couch almost feels besides the point. We will be placing another order shortly. Thank you!
